REFUND POLICY

Apparel

We can accept returns on our non-sale apparel up to 10 days after receipt of the goods. Please reach out to us at hello@farewellfrances.com to notify us that you would like to return an item, and the reason for returning the item. Please include photos if necessary. Customer will be responsible for all shipping fees associated with the return. This includes both the cost of original shipment as well as the cost of shipping for the return.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

PLEASE NOTE: ALL OUR APPAREL IS MADE FROM AUTHENTIC VINTAGE QUILTS. SMALL STAINS, DISCOLORATION AND WEAR IS TO BE EXCPECTED. WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS DUE TO NORMAL WEAR OF THE VINTAGE QUILTS

Custom Apparel

We cannot accept returns on our custom apparel, but we can assist with tailoring and adjustments if there are issues with fit. Please reach out to us a hello@farewellfrances.com to notify us that you need to make adjustments to your custom item. 

Masks

For sanitary reasons, We don't offer returns or exchanges on our masks. Please review the product descriptions carefully. Our masks tend to run a little small, but the elastic does stretch. If you find your mask is too tight, try stretching the elastic out to obtain a better fit. If you find your mask is too large, you can tie loops in the elastic to shorten it.

 

Damages and issues 

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like face masks, custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products).  Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
